Photoshoot

These are the pics that I chose from my photoshoot with the lovely Holly to put in my degree show. I was really happy with the photoshoot, and lucky with the weather! It was difficult deciding on the final images but I am happy with the final result as I think the clothes are really shown off in the images.

Garment 2

This is my second garment of my three from the 100% Natural range.

Garment 1

This is my first garment of my three from the 100% Natural range.

100% Natural

For my final project at University which will be shown at my Degree Show in June I decided to use 100% natural yarns throughout my whole range. These include cottons, bamboo, and 100% lambswools. The main focus for my garments were to make interesting and exciting designs, but I really wanted them to still be wearable, fashionable and functional. I used a mix of hand knitting and Dubied machine knitting to create an interesting contrast between structure of fabrics and complimentary colours.

A selection of my work

These pictures show a selection of my work from my last project, a simple constructed machine knit sample, and one which has been mixed with antique crochet.
